Highly complex project developed for a Public Administration.
Duration: 12 months.
The project was developed in several stages:
- Starting off with photographs and advised by animal morphology experts, we proceeded to a preliminary study of each animal.
- Drawing of each animal
- Production of the of the clay animal figures
- Production of PU moulds and animal figure prototypes
- Production of the PVC injection moulds
- Production of the injected animal figures in PVC (Phthalate free)
- Hand painting. This stage is performed practically by hand to achieve the desired realism.
At the same time we produced a gift box with EVA foam nests inside to fit each animal figure together with a catalog explaining each figure.
